Comprehensive Planning Committee workshop

The Village of Canastota, in partnership with the Madison County Planning Department, has formed a committee to create the village’s first Comprehensive Plan. This plan will shape much of the village’s growth and development over the next 20 years.

The Comprehensive Planning Committee will hold a public workshop on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the former Red Onion clothing store at the corner of Center Street and S. Peterboro Street. The workshop will feature interactive stations where residents can comment on the ideas and projects that the committee has formulated.
