PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a special meeting of the Village of Canastota Board of Trustees will be held on Monday, November 23, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. via Zoom.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the purpose of this meeting is to approve payment of the General and Sewer Fund Abstracts dated 11/23/2020.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Governor of the State of New York, pursuant to Executive Orders issued in response to the continuing emergency circumstances caused by the COVID-19/Coronavirus Pandemic, has temporarily suspended Article 7 of the Public Officers Law (known as the open meetings law) “to the extent necessary to permit any public body to meet and take such actions authorized by the law without permitting public in-person access to meetings and authorizing meetings to be held remotely by conference call or similar service, provided that the public has the ability to view or listen to such proceeding and that such meetings are recorded and later transcribed.”
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that consistent with the Governor’s Executive Order 202.1 allowing meetings to take place without permitting in public in-person access to meetings, any member of the public wishing to attend the meeting may do so via the following link:

The Village Board meeting will be recorded and later transcribed. The transcriptions will be made available on the Village’s website upon review and completion.
