REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS

2025 DEMOLITION PROJECT FOR 116 MILL STREET, CANASTOTA

Sealed bids for the controlled demolition of the residential structure located at 116 Mill Street in Canastota, New York will be received by the Village of Canastota Codes Enforcement Office located at 205 South Peterboro Street, Canastota until 3:30 p.m. on September 17, 2025.

Any bid not received and time-stamped by the Village of Canastota Clerk/Treasurer’s Office by 3:30 p.m. on September 17, 2025 will not be accepted. Sealed bids will be publicly opened during the Canastota Board of Trustees meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on September 17, 2025 at the Canastota-Lenox Municipal Building.

Complete RFP documents may be obtained at the Canastota village office, 205 South Peterboro Street, Canastota, New York by the prospective Proposer between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, or via email to village@canastota.com. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit a proposal.

The Village of Canastota reserves its right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids.
