The Village of Canastota is excited to celebrate the bicentennial of the Historic Old Erie Canal with a midsummer celebration showing the importance of the Erie Canal to the Village of Canastota. We will offer events throughout the Village from local businesses and organizations, as well as have our own popup events in honor of the Erie Canal turning 200!
Make sure you join us for our big Canal-stota celebration the weekend of July 24-27, 2025 – which was a big success last year!
