The Village of Canastota Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on November 29, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. to discuss an Area Variance Application requesting a rear yard setback variance of 13.8’ and a side yard setback variance of 1.5 feet for the property owned by Debrucque Properties, LLC and known as 3 Technology Boulevard, Canastota, New York.
