Notice of Public Hearing: Updating Code Enforcement Program

VILLAGE OF CANASTOTA
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been presented to the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Canastota, New York, on October 17, 2022, proposed Local Law No.G-2022, titled, “A Local Law Updating the Code Enforcement Program In the Village of Canastota.”  Said Local Law, if enacted, would provide a comprehensive update to the code enforcement program within the Village of Canastota.  The full text of said Local Law is on file at the Clerk’s Office at the Village Hall, 205 South Peterboro Street, in the Village of Canastota, New York and may be viewed by all interested persons during normal business hours.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing to consider proposed Local Law No. G-2022 at the said Village Hall on November 7, 2022, at 7:15 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at which time all persons interested will be heard.
