B. Throw or deposit, or cause to be thrown or deposited, into any drain, catch basin, sewer or gutter, or into the Canastota Creek or the Erie Canal, any garbage, litter or other substance; or to divert or stop the flow of any drain, sewer or of the Canastota Creed, Erie Canal or other natural waterway.

C. Sweep, throw, deposit, or cause to be swept, thrown, or deposited, any snow, ice, dirt, debris or refuse into any gutter, public square or park within the Village from any privately owned lands, sidewalks or premises abutting or adjoining such gutter, public square or parks.

E. Throw, deposit, drop, discharge or leave, or cause to be thrown, deposited, dropped, discharged or left, in or upon any street, highway, alley, sidewalk, park or other public place within the Village, any refuse, wrappings, containers, papers or other litter, or to so deposit the same that it can be blown by the wind into or upon said streets, highways, alleys, sidewalks, parks or other public places.
